Geovanny Berrios

Known for skillfully managing culinary operations and fostering exceptional guest experiences, Geovanny brings years of experience gathered during time spent at prestigious hotels and restaurants, including The Venetian Chop House at Caribe Royale Orlando, Jaleo by José Andrés, The Ritz Carlton in Puerto Rico, Naples and Miami and several luxury lifestyle hotels in Los Angeles, California. With a history of achievements and successful openings, this veteran team leader embodies a commitment to excellence, and a "no off seasons" mentality.

Shimmy McHugh
Brava Management

Shimmy McHugh is an iconic nightclub owner and restaurateur who changed the face of nightlife in Puerto Rico more than 30 years ago. Shimmy has successfully opened and operated some of the most recognizable nightlife brands in the Caribbean including Club Ibiza, Club Red, Club Babylon, Club Brava, Arena Pier 10, and St. Mick’s Irish Pub. Passionate about developing unique entertainment experiences, under the Brava Management Group umbrella Shimmy has launched numerous large-scale festivals and events in Puerto Rico and South Florida, as well as private events for high profile celebrities in the sports and entertainment industries.

Chris Andaur

Chris Andaur brings exceptional leadership and event expertise to Stadium Club. His food and beverage journey has been defined by innovation, strategic acumen and a dedication to creating outstanding event experiences. As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Caribe Royale Orlando — as well as in previous roles at other esteemed hotels — his talent for achieving high satisfaction scores is off the charts. From his creative approach to cocktails to his philosophy behind the pass, Chris' work at Stadium Club is a slam-dunk.

Chef Jeff McInnis &
Chef Janine Booth

Two all-star chefs at the top of their game, chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth are tenacious in their quest for culinary excellence, helming numerous restaurant concepts together—most notably, the award-winning Root & Bone. Both fierce culinary competitors and former contestants on Top Chef, they’ve made names for themselves as a dynamic duo, and individually. Both have been recognized by the James Beard Foundation (Chef Jeff as the Best Chef South in 2013 and Chef Janine as a semi-finalist for Rising Star Chef of the Year in 2018).

Hailing from the culinary melting pot of Australia, Chef Janine has traveled extensively in her quest to learn about the cuisines of different cultures and the ways that food brings people together. A Florida native with 30 years in the industry, Chef Jeff’s culinary career began at age 16 when he got a job cutting and preparing fish at The Marina Cafe.

Together, the couple has modernized “Southern comfort food,” opening restaurants in New York City, Indianapolis, Puerto Rico, and Miami. They’re ready to knock it out of the park with Stadium Club!

Special Teams
Chef David Hackett

Chef David Hackett has a rich background in the culinary arts. He began quite unintentionally as a freshman in high school when he replaced his brother in an interview after he was injured in a football practice and David got the job as a bar back at a very popular restaurant on the south side of Chicago. Chef Dave has worked his way up through the ranks traveling the world with his skills. He has held Resort Executive Chef positions at numerous 4- and 5-star hotels in Washington DC, Florida and Dubai.

Chef David has medaled in many food and ice competitions including Société Culinaire Philanthropues, Geneva Association, NICA Ice Association, IKA/Culinary Olympics, and Les Salon Culinaire International De Londres. Chef Dave is a member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and an active member in the Chaine Des Rotisseurs where he received the Brillat-Savarin Medaille de Merie for culinary excellence.
